CALL FOR PAPERS MISINFORMATION/DISINFORMATION AND THE LAW
The Center for International and Comparative Law (CICL) at Saint Louis University and the Saint Louis University Law Journal invite abstract proposals for a special issue on misinformation/disinformation and the law. The avenues for misinformation (the dissemination of inaccurate content, irrespective of intent) and disinformation (the deliberate spread of inaccurate information with the purpose of misleading others) have increased dramatically in recent years, in both online and offline environments.
The Idaho Law Review at the University of Idaho School of Law invites proposals for its annual symposium, which will be held via Zoom in March or April of 2021. This year’s topic, Mass Incarceration, will focus on disparities in U.S. state and federal prisons and solutions toward equitable prison reform.
The Detroit Mercy Law Review at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law invites proposals for its 105th annual symposium, which will be held March 5, 2021. This year’s topic is Pandemic: From Disparity to Equity, focusing on disparities arising from the current COVID- 19 pandemic and working from those toward an equitable new normal.
