Spearheaded by CELS 2019 co-presidents David Bjerk, Eric Helland, and Dan Krauss, Claremont McKenna College and the Society for Empirical Legal Studies (SELS) are pleased to announce the 14th Annual Conference on Empirical Legal Studies (CELS) on November 15-16, 2019, in Claremont, California.
Overview: The University of Michigan Law School invites junior scholars to attend the 5th Annual Junior Scholars Conference, which will be held on April 26-27, 2019 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The conference provides junior scholars with a platform to present and discuss their work with peers, and to receive detailed feedback from senior members of the Michigan Law faculty. The Conference aims to promote fruitful collaboration between participants and to encourage their integration into a community of legal scholars.
Registration is now open for the Central States Law Schools Association 2018 Scholarship Conference, which will be held on Friday, October 12 and Saturday, October 13 at the Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth, Texas. We invite law faculty from across the country to submit proposals to present papers or works in progress.

The purpose of the workshop is to help authors develop draft articles for publication, so authors will be required to submit a working draft before the workshop takes place.

King’s College London, in cooperation with the ESIL Interest Groups on International Courts and Tribunals and International Economic Law, will host a Conference on Dispute Settlement in Free Trade Agreements on 26/27 May 2017. The Conference addresses cutting-edge issues relevant to academics and practitioners alike, exploring and critiquing current models of dispute resolution in international trade law.
Washburn University School of Law is proud to announce the 4th annual Washburn Junior Legal Writing Scholars Workshop, to be held on July 28-29, 2017.
This workshop will provide a unique collaborative environment in which to receive feedback from other legal writing professors on your scholarly projects. Participants will work in small groups to give suggestions, ask questions, and offer input on the papers presented.
