ABOUT OUR LAW REVIEW: The Northern Kentucky Law Review, founded in 1973, is an independent journal, edited and published entirely by the students of NKU Chase College of Law. The Law Review publishes two annual issues composed of scholarly writings by professors, practitioners, jurists, and current law review students. Circulation extends to most law libraries across the country, and our articles are widely available on LexisNexis and Westlaw.

Students serve on the law review staff as writers, editors, proofreaders, technical editors, and researchers. A position on the editorial board, a coveted recognition of academic achievement, is one of the highest honors a law student can attain. Staff members are selected from those candidates who have demonstrated meticulous attention to detail, academic excellence, and superior legal writing ability.
