Call for abstracts
De-formalizing the International Judiciary
The Interest Group on International Courts and Tribunals is organizing a Workshop on De formalizing the International Judiciary, as a side-event to the ESIL 2022 Annual Conference in Utrecht. The workshop will take place on 31 August 2022.
Theme of the workshop
The Annual Meeting Committee plans to include two "New Voices" sessions that will provide a platform for junior scholars and practitioners to present their works-in-progress. The Society invites submissions from current students, non-tenured scholars, and junior practitioners on any topic of international law related to the theme of the meeting.
Abstracts should be well developed and reflect advanced progress on a paper that will be presented at the Meeting. Drafts of the papers will be due to the commentator by March 17, 2022.

Thinking the Unthinkable: Beyond International Law’s Imaginaries
The Women in International Law Network (WILNET) is holding a hybrid Emerging Voices Workshop on 25 & 26 April 2022 in Manchester, UK. The aim of the Workshop is to provide a platform to new voices in the field and showcase the important research being undertaken that seeks to rethink international legal imaginaries.
Oklahoma City University School of Law will host the Third Biennial Conference on Critical Trusts and Estates April 8-9, 2022 in Oklahoma City. The conference provides a forum for a wide range of work dealing with connections between succession law, broadly defined, and systemic inequality. We invite submissions of proposals for both individual papers and panels from any of a wide range of perspectives – historical, empirical, doctrinal, textual, theoretical and practical. Transitional Justice: A Time for a Material Turn?

The Minerva Center for Human Rights at Tel-Aviv University and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem is organizing an international conference on the ‘material turn’ in transitional justice processes.
The conference will take place on June 13-14, 2022. In light of the continued uncertainty regarding international travel due to COVID-19, the conference will be held in an on-line format.
